What to Expect from a Mixology Class for Bachelorette Parties
In short – a fantastic time!
We start by welcoming you into our classroom with a bubbly toast and move into our first cocktail. While you enjoy your drink, we’ll pipe the music of your choice into the space so you can chat about your plans for the trip.
When you’re ready, we’ll kick off the second cocktail. Want a video of you shaking now that you know what you’re doing? We’ve got you! After cocktail #2, we bet you’ll feel like dancing – and we’ll crank the music up for you!
For your last cocktail, we'll finish strong with a crowd pleaser that you're sure to love. Enjoy it, savor it, and feel free to practice your wedding dance.
When it's time to go, we’ll send you off with a personalized gift to remember your experience!

Where are you located?
The Cocktail Uncultured Classroom is located at 1109 NE 34th Ct., Oakland Park, FL 33334. We're in the heart of the Oakland Park Culinary Arts District and within walking distance of many outstanding restaurants, breweries, and bars. We are also just minutes from Ft. Lauderdale and Wilton Manors.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it's free! We have private parking outside our classroom, plus street parking in the area is free as well.
What's a class like?
Classes last from 1.5 - 2 hours and usually involve 3 drinks (but sometimes 2 depending on the class). During your class, you'll learn how to make cocktails from a bartender guiding you through everything step by step. The cost includes everything from the bartender to all ingredients, barware, glassware, gratuity, and tax. It's a fun, engaging event that's hands-on! You do the work, you drink the drink, we clean up. :) We're here to answer any questions you have before, during, and after the class so come curious! If you would like your event to be private, we're happy to accommodate! For groups fewer than 4 people, there is an additional one-time $50 fee to cover the space, and for larger groups you can request a private class. We have fantastic lighting, a great soundsystem you can pipe into, and you can also bring whatever food you'd like!
Are there age requirements?
Yes. All guests must be 21 years of age or older (even if you're doing a mocktails class).
How many people will fit at your location?
For standard classes, we recommend no more than 18 people. However, we can accommodate up to 30 with some modifications!
Can I bring food?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring in whatever food you would like. Let us know in advance and we'll make space in the fridge (if you need) and a place to put it! We do request that you bring all plates, cutlery, and napkins required to enjoy your nosh.
Can I play music?
Definitely! We have a speaker you can connect to via Bluetooth so get your playlist ready! There is also a microphone if needed.
What kind of events do you do?
You name it, we do it! Our most popular events are birthdays and bachelorette parties, but we also do the most fun corporate and team building events this side of the Mississippi. We also have a popular date night class that give you exclusive use of the space for an intimate date night experience.
