Our Team
Uri Sacharow
Founder, Bartender, Fearless Leader
Uri has been in and around the hospitality industry for over 2 decades. He started Cocktail Uncultured in 2020 during the early days of the pandemic as a way to help support his friends in the hospitality industry during the shutdown. Online classes swiftly grew out of his home bar, morphing into corporate events for both in-person and remote teams, bachelorettes, birthdays, and finally a space to call home in Oakland Park, Florida.

His favorite drink is a Mai Tai. When not at the CU space, you can find him at local bars or at home with his beloved dogs Gus and Jodie.
