Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS/RESCHEDULES Cancellations must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the event date. If cancellation occurs within this period, the event may be rescheduled or credited toward a future event. Cancellations made fewer than five (5) business days prior may result in forfeiture of the payment. Exceptions may be granted for extenuating circumstances, including illness, emergencies, or severe weather, at the sole discretion of Cocktail Uncultured LLC. GUEST COUNT POLICY Changes to the number of guests must be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to the event. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Participant understands that participation in a cocktail class hosted by Cocktail Uncultured LLC may involve certain inherent risks including, but not limited to: alcohol consumption, use of bar tools or glassware, and movement within a hospitality environment. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation. ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITY Participant agrees to consume alcohol responsibly and acknowledges that Cocktail Uncultured staff may refuse alcohol service to any individual who appears intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner. Participant agrees that such refusal of service will not entitle them to a refund. AGE VERIFICATION Participant confirms that they are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Cocktail Uncultured staff may request valid government-issued identification at any time. Participants unable to provide identification may not consume alcohol. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Participant agrees to release, waive, and discharge Cocktail Uncultured LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the cocktail class. This includes, but is not limited to: - personal injury - accidents - alcohol-related incidents - property damage To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law. MEDIA RELEASE Participant grants Cocktail Uncultured LLC permission to photograph or record the event and use such media for promotional or marketing purposes unless written notice declining such use is provided prior to the event.
